My journey into this work began with my own experiences of birth and postpartum — both beautiful and challenging in their own ways.
When I had my first baby, I was serving in the U.S. military and gave birth via emergency cesarean. That experience sparked a deep curiosity and desire to understand more about how birth unfolds and how families can feel empowered, even when things don’t go as planned. Through years of research, self-discovery, and education, I prepared for my next birth — and went on to have a successful VBAC. That moment changed everything for me.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other parents feel informed, supported, and confident in their choices. I know what it’s like to navigate recovery after both cesarean and vaginal birth, and I understand how powerful it can be to have someone by your side who truly listens and cares.
As a postpartum doula, I provide gentle, practical, and emotional support so families can rest, recover, and bond with their baby. And as a birth doula, I walk with my clients from pregnancy through postpartum — helping them feel seen, capable, and strong.
It’s my honor to help families find their rhythm and confidence during one of life’s most transformative times.
