Getting informed about the physiologic process of birth as well as all options in childbirth, in or outside of the hospital is immensely beneficial for both parents. Blindly trusting your care team with decisions about your care is not the optimal way to go. Get educated about the hormonal processes in birth and how to best take advantage of them to get prepared for birth. The more you know, the better you’ll be able to make informed decisions when the time comes.

Learn about breastfeeding, early feeding queues and how to get you and your baby the best start into this. Partners can learn how to support the birthing person with breastfeeding.
